We will take the time to get to know you and understand what matters to you. We discover your goals and your housing and living preferences and discuss what Home and Living SDA options will suit your needs.

The NDIS provides SDA funding for people aged between 18 and 65 with very high support needs. Our Home and Living team can discuss your eligibility for SDA with you.

Our experienced Therapy Services will work closely with you to prepare your Home and Living Functional Impact Assessment. This is a comprehensive report for the NDIS SDA Panel about how you meet the eligibility criteria for SDA and your housing and living arrangement preferences.

When NDIS approves you for SDA funding, you will be able to choose your SDA housing and living support providers.

Your Support Teams will work alongside highly regarded therapists, nurses and clinicians to provide contemporary and relevant living supports to help you realise your goals and abilities.

You will have service agreements with Ability WA for your living supports and an agreement and with your SDA Provider. We will be on hand to answer all your questions about the agreements, and provide information in a format that best suits you.
