From 1 December 2020, the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Commission begins operating in Western Australia.
The Commission is an independent agency that regulates the NDIS market and handles complaints about the quality and safety of NDIS supports and services. Under the new commsision Ability Centre has to report all incidents or complaints to the NDIS Commission.
You can read the NDIS fact sheet on 'What happens when a provider reports an incident' here.
